During my recent city break, I enjoyed the amenities offered at the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive; they even offered vegetarian options which was great. , the hotel was located in a convenient area close to the city center and public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always ready to help.

During check-in, I experienced some confusion with my room reservation. The staff asked us to switch to a smaller room after we had checked-in, due to a supposed system error.

the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. the breakfast had a variety of options, including eggs, fruit, and cereal. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing extra towels upon request.

The bathroom was not suitable for a disabled person.

My Christmas experience in the hotel was quite pleasant. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and Wi, Fi during my stay, which was very convenient. the hotel was located in a prime area, nearby several popular tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check, in/check, out process smooth and hassle, free.

When I booked the room online, I had specified that I required a family room.
